A
Peridot’s cut comes down to personal preference.
Only imagination restricts the cuts and shapes, with
anything from striking fantasy cuts to tumbled beads
being executed. Furthermore, as
Peridot is not too expensive, cutters can spotlight the beauty
more than weight retention. Meaning that superior cutting,
proportions and symmetry can be bought at very affordable
prices. With this in mind it is advised that you stay
away from malformed native cut Peridots, except if they
are cheap enough to recut later in better proportions.
