Hello, the envelop ripped during shipment, and I received an empty envelop and no products. My order total was over $134, and some were to be Christmas presents. Since you state that you insure all orders, are you going to replace these items? I have sent you photos, but you have not responded. Please respond. I have placed many orders with you.
