Shipping & handling charges are fixed at
$3.99 per
package to anywhere in the world. Please note that to take
advantage of our combined shipping charge, all items must be paid for in one
payment. If payments are made separately for each item, we will not be able to
combine the items.
Due to shipping complication out of our control, we do not ship to the following countries

package will be charged for all U.S. destinations.
We consolidate all U.S. orders and ship via FedEx from our warehouse
in Bangkok, Thailand to our office in Fort Worth, Texas, every Monday through
Friday (except on national holidays). Individual orders will then be
distributed via USPS First-Class mail. All orders must clear through U.S.
Customs. SilverShake.com will take full responsibility for U.S. duty & U.S.
import taxes.
All orders shipped to any destination within the state of Texas are subject
to an 8.25% sales tax. For further clarification please contact
CustomerSupport@SilverShake.com.
Please understand that occasional delays due to U.S. Customs and
shipping couriers are beyond our control.

We also offer a number of express shipping options. You will be asked to select
one of these options on the invoice you'll receive. Here are the available
options:
FedEx Global Express at $25.99 (
FREE Insurance ), Estimated Delivery Time: 2-5 days Available to all
destinations.
US customers : Your order will be shipped to you directly from
Thailand via FedEx.
Non-US customers : Depending on you location, your order will
be shipped to you directly from Thailand via either FedEx or EMS.
Please Note: That FedEx does not ship to
P.O. Box. For faster processing of your order, please email us your street
address if you select this option.
Consolidated Mail - Priority Mail at
$9.99, Estimated Delivery Time: 7-10 days. Your order will be consolidated and
shipped via FedEx from Bangkok, Thailand to our Texas facility. Then it will be
distributed from our facility to you via USPS Priority Mail.
Available for U.S. Customers only
INSURANCE: Our mandatory insurance policy costs a very
reasonable $1.30 per increment of $50.00 spent. Please refer to this chart to see how this applies to each
shipping method.
Important Note: Customers outside of U.S.,
please consult with your local Customs on import duties and other taxes that
may apply. Customs charges vary from country to country.
We will not be
responsible for such charges. If there are any requirements for
import documents, we will be more than happy to facilitate all necessary
information.
