If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any
item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for refund, replace or for
a credit of the original purchase amount (shipping and insurance fees are non
refundable). Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and
unused condition” to be acceptable for return. If you receive damaged or
incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Support within no later than
48 hours after receiving the order.

Our return process is simple, please follow the below instruction.

Visit the SilverShake.com website and log-in to your account. Once you have logged
in, please click on the
'Order Status' feature on the top bar menu
to see all your orders within the last 6 months. Then please select the transaction
you wish to return and click on the
'Obtain RAN' button and follow
the simple instruction.
You can also access our return system by clicking on the
'Obtain Return Authorization
Number' from the side bar menu and follow the instructions for return.
Please note that any returned item(s) without the "Return Authorization Number"
(RAN) will not be accepted .

If you purchased Silvershake.com products from a third party website, you'll need
to register with us ( using the same email address you
used to purchase our product) , in order to access our return system
and process your return.

to include your “Return Authorization Number”(RAN) with your
returned shipment, wrap and seal the package securely then ship to the address
below.
For your protection, we recommend that you use United States Postal Service
(USPS) with delivery confirmation or registered mail.

Once we receive your returned item(s), the item(s) will be
inspected by our quality control personnel. Once your return is accepted and
confirmed, your request will be processed immediately.
You may review your return status by login on to “View Return
Authorization History” located in the “My Account” page.
Please note:
You must obtain the “Return Authorization Number” (RAN) before returning any
item(s) and the returned item(s) must arrive to our Return Facility no later
than 30 days from obtaining the “RAN ”. Any returned item(s) without the “RAN”
will not be accepted.
If you are returning items for a refund, your request will be
processed within 24-48 business hours once we receive the returned package. The
refund will be in the original form of your payment.
If, for any reason, you wish to ‘Bank' the total value of your original
order(s) (excluding the original cost of shipping and insurance), that ‘Banked'
sum will be applied towards any replacement purchases made from
SilverShake.com, now or in the future. For further information, please contact

If you are returning an item(s) for replacement with an identical product(s),
you should receive your replacement item(s) within 1 to 3 weeks. This time will
vary depending on your location.
* Please note the amount to be
refunded/credited/replaced will not include the original cost of shipping and
insurance. A 15% ‘Restocking' charge will be included at our discretion in case
of an excessive amount of returned items.
